The aim of the present article is to examine the role of educators in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari in the formation and victory of the Islamic Revolution, based on the ideas of the Swedish scholar Torsten Hägerstrand, the theorist of the "diffusion" concept. This study, employing a descriptive–analytical approach and relying on documentary methods and oral history, investigates the role of educators in the process of shaping and achieving the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari. The main research question is: How, and through what means, did educators participate in the developments leading to the formation and victory of the Islamic Revolution of February 1979 in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari? The findings show that the educators of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, through various strategies and methods, were among the influential groups in the struggle against the Pahlavi regime. Teachers and instructors, at the height of revolutionary struggles in 1978 and even in the preceding years, made significant efforts to raise awareness among students and the masses in order to fight against the rule of the second Pahlavi monarch and to support the revolutionary movement. They played a highly important and decisive role in the victory of the Islamic Revolution of February 1979 in the province.
