Raza Shah began purchasing properties and real estate in various regions of the country, including Kermanshah, during his years as Prime Minister. Although there is no precise information about the details of his properties and real estate during his tenure, they had expanded to such an extent that immediately after the change of dynasty, an organization was established to manage them under the Office of the Imperial Accounting. Two branches were set up, titled "Coastal Private Properties" centered in Sari and "Royal Western Properties" based in Harunabad. The ambiguity and issue of this research are the structure and function of the organization and how these properties were managed. The aim is to provide answers using a descriptive-analytical method and archival documents. The research results indicate that the management of private properties and the associated offices and institutions had a purposeful and planned organization that operated in a coordinated manner with the goal of both quantitative and qualitative development of the properties within its scope.
