The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran has good capacities for managing diversity, ethnic and social divisions, and the legislator, with humane, Islamic, just and progressive literature derived from the monotheistic teachings of the Holy Quran and the brilliant life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), provides suitable grounds for overcoming ethnic divisions in Iran. This article is based on an applied, exploratory and qualitative research that has been accomplished using the method of document content analysis with emphasis on the content of the constitution and documentary-library techniques. Emphasizing five legal, religious, political, cultural and economic approaches, the management model is presented by looking at the existing capacities in the Constitution of the Republic of Iran in the strategic field of managing gaps, ethnic and social diversity, which is considered an approach based on Islamic unification<br /><br /><br /> مقاله حاضر تلاشی برای استخراج الگوی مدیریت تنوعات قومی و اجتماعی در حقوق اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران دارای ظرفیت‌های خوبی برای مدیریت تنوعات، شکاف‌های قومی و اجتماعی است و قانون‌گذار با ادبیاتی انسانی، اسلامی، عادلانه و مترقی که برگرفته از آموزه‌های توحیدی قرآن کریم و سیره درخشان پیامبر اکرم (ص) می‌باشد، زمینه‌های مناسبی را برای برطرف کردن شکاف‌های قومی در ایران فراهم کرده است. این مقاله از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی، اکتشافی و کیفی است که با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای اسنادی با تاکید بر محتوای قانون اساسی و تکنیک‌های اسنادی - کتابخانه‌ای انجام ‌شده است. با تأکید بر پنج رویکرد حقوقی، دینی و مذهبی، سیاسی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی، الگوی مدیریتی با نگاه به ظرفیت‌های موجود در قانون اساسی جمهوری ایران در حوزه راهبردی مدیریت شکاف‌ها، تنوعات قومی و اجتماعی که رویکردی مبتنی بر وحدت‌گرایانه اسلامی تلقی می شود، ارائه شده است. http://www.irstudies.ir/article_144640_af6b42b5a0fe0e897009b578aab70e74.pdf
